JBe Beauty was founded in 2016 with a mission to create a welcoming space where beauty, confidence, and self discovery come together. After traveling across the country training students in microblading, we saw the opportunity to build something more comprehensive for Colorado artists, combining evidence based techniques with the artistry of cosmetic tattooing. Today, our training studio is focused on helping students build strong technical skills through hands on practice, one on one instruction, and a supportive learning environment designed to prepare them for a career in permanent makeup.

Simone Ashley
Simone is the owner and visionary of JBe Beauty, the lead instructor of the training program, and a full-time permanent makeup artist with years of hands-on experience in cosmetic tattooing. She brings that real-world experience into the classroom to help students build strong technical skills, confidence, and a solid foundation for their careers.

Mercedes Rose
Mercedes is a Senior Permanent Makeup Artist at JBe Beauty and an instructor for our permanent makeup fundamentals and apprenticeship programs. She has a passion for helping people feel more confident in themselves and loves sharing her experience, knowledge, and support with students and artists who are new to the industry.
